Charlotte James thought it was time for a change and knew that Mane Stage Hair Salon was the salon to go to. The hair can turn peculiar colors when mixing color and attempting to color over old color. Charlotte decided to let an expert fix her green hair problem.
Brenda Kuhl, stylist at Mane Stage Hair Salon started with a consultation and suggested coloring the hair darker with some deep red undertones and cutting six inches of length. Charlotte explained she is a mother of two children with special needs and needed something with little or no maintenance but still has a contemporary look. The chocolate raspberry color Brenda used and lighter shades of the same color at the ends will allow the hair to grow out more natural. Bangs and layers frame Charlotte’s face making it a soft, pretty look. Using Aquage Silkening line of shampoo, conditioner and oil treatment will keep the hair soft and beautiful with a healthy shine.
Dawn DeVries, Independent Mary Kay Beauty Consultant, provided the skin care and color cosmetics. Charlotte used Timewise skin care for combination skin. A beige matte finish foundation provided a great base for a natural make-up look. Light neutral browns with a hint of sweet plum brought out her brown eyes. Violet eyeliner with black mascara gave definition. Cherry Blossom on the cheeks warmed the skin tone. Poised Pink Lip Shine gave a hint of color on the lips and kept the focus on her eyes.
Charlotte loves the bold artsy color of her hair and subtle color of her makeup. It will give her confidence when working and promoting her photography business –Charlotte Ann Photography.
