Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients

Fruit Salsa

2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 Fuji apples – peeled, cored and diced
8 ounces frozen peaches, diced
1 pound strawberries, sliced
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 tablespoon sugar

Cinnamon Sugar Chips

10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
butter flavored cooking spray
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup white sugar

Directions

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix diced fruit, 1 tablespoon of sugar and marma¬lade. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes.

In a small bowl combine. cup sugar and cinnamon.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Coat both sides of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar.

Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approxi¬mately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit mixture.
