Cream Puffs


1 Cup Water
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Butter
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Flour


Bring water, salt and butter to a boil in a sauce pan and add flour all at once (gummy paste). Take off stove and add 4 eggs, one at a time. After the last egg has been added, mixture will have the consistency of soft dough. Drop mixture by tablespoon on a cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Open oven door for one minute. Lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. When puffs cool, cut in half and add fresh whipped cream.
